LIVING & ENTERTAINING Spacious living room with an inviting electric fireplace, a Smart TV, and direct patio access. Private, dedicated movie theater for an authentic cinema experience. Game room complete with a pool table and a foosball table. Reliable Wifi and an Ethernet connection for work or streaming. Large, separate event space ideal for corporate meetings, yoga, or family gatherings. On-site gym for your fitness routine. KITCHEN & DINING Fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring a commercial stove, a smart refrigerator, and ample counter space. Large kitchen island with bar seating for four. Coffee station with a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a tea kettle. Main dining area with a table for 10, plus an adjacent breakfast nook and a small bar. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This home comfortably sleeps 21 guests across 10 private bedrooms. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (includes a baby crib) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Queen Bed Bedroom 6: Full-Size Bed Bedroom 7: Twin Bed (includes a baby crib) Bedroom 8: Twin Bed Bedroom 9: Twin Bed Bedroom 10: Twin Bed Event Space: Four Sofa Beds Many rooms include A/C units, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. There are 5 full bathrooms (three are private ensuites), all stocked with hygiene essentials and fresh towels. Baby safety gates are also available. OUTDOOR LIVING Your own private five-acre wooded property offering ultimate seclusion. Multiple decks with comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy beautiful sunset views. Large patio with an outdoor fireplace and a separate fire pit. Outdoor dining area for six. Both propane and charcoal grills are available. A refreshing private seasonal pool to enjoy during warmer months.
Other Details to Note
Pool Season: The private pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Please confirm availability with us if your booking is near the start or end of the season. Natural Setting: The house is located in a beautiful wooded area. As such, you may encounter bugs, especially during periods of rain and humidity. We have a routine exterminator service to help maintain a comfortable experience. Optional Services: Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire if you are interested in this service. Pets are welcome at the property; please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any.
